As Seoul decks itself out [kr] in preparation for Buddha’s birthday celebration (부처님 오신 날), which lands on the 24th this year, I thought I’d share some photos I snapped when I lived there in 2005. These were taken at Bongwonsa Temple in the Sinchon neighborhood (신촌동), near my old apartment.
